CLC - Enrolling a Client in HealthyLawn
1. After you save a new contact, ServiceMinder and SiteRecon will work together to pull in the turf square footage and an overhead shot of the property.

2. Once that has been imported, click Proposal

3. Select HealthyLawn Turf Care
ServiceMinder will calculate the price automatically based on your pricing sheet

4. Click on Send

5. This is what the proposal looks like

6. Click on View to see the customer view of the proposal

7. This is what the client sees
Close this window to return to the customer page in ServiceMinder

8. If you are setting them up over the phone, click Accept

9. Enter their name here

10. Select the Monthly Payment Plan

11. Enter the card information and hit save

12. This is the first month's invoice. Click on the contact name to return to their main contact page

13. Once a client is enrolled in HealthyLawn, a tag is applied automatically

14. Click on Invoices then Recurring then Edit

15. From here you can make any adjustments needed to the recurring invoice. You should not need to do this unless the client gets a special price for their service.
