1. Click on Proposal

2. Select Commercial Turf Care from the Templates

3. This pulls in Rounds 1-7 for us.

4. You can remove specific rounds if necessary

5. Click on Save

6. Click on View to see what the client is seeing

7. Click on Commercial Turf Care

ℹ️ The client can accept and sign this proposal on their own, or you can accept on their behalf.

8. Click on Accept

9. Type their name here

10. Click on Accept

11. From the proposal, click on Add Appt

12. We not need to pull in Round 1. Click on "import" next to the part.

13. Select Round 1 from here

14. Click on Apply

15. Now you can queue the appt for the date range you expect to do this service.

16. Click on Schedule once you have selected your Queue date. If it's already time to schedule Round 1, then schedule them directly and don't queue the appointment.

17. Click on the link to the proposal from the appointment.

18. Click on "add appt" and repeat the scheduling process for all the Rounds
