Contact Sharing

You can share contacts between ServiceMinder organizations.  The marketing team will work with you to customize an email template that will include a contact-sharing link that will allow the client to click the button and then their information will be automatically copied over to your account. 

 

Example: An email is sent to the OLP client list from the local office that has a link that when clicked will copy the contact into Conserva or any other sister brand that uses ServiceMinder.

 

This is the contact sharing link.  You need to paste in your destination organization hash in the bolded area below.

​Here is a guide on locating the destination organization hash.  You need to pull the hash from the account where the contacts are being transferred to.  So if this is an email coming from OLP advertising Conserva, go to the local Conserva organization to access the link.
