Carry Over Appointments
Carry-over is used when you do not finish the work for an appointment and you need to come back to complete it. A carry-over will close out the appointment you are on, create a follow-up, move the materials from the first job to the second job, and when you close out the second job, you will get an invoice.
1. That all happens from a STARTED appointment.
When you are on a started appointment, click the three dots in the top right to pull up the actions menu.

2. From here select "Carry Over"

3. From here you can put in any notes that you need.

4. Select "queued" as the option. This will put her into the Queue and the office will contact to set up the follow up appointment.
If you are open to it, your technicians can also Ad-Hoc or select an available slot and schedule the appointment on-site.

5. Click here to close it out.

6. Click back to your contact on the desktop and you will see they have a completed appointment for today and then one in the queue.

7. Click on the queued appointment and edit it and schedule for the follow up appointment.
