How to Import an Updated SiteRecon Image into ServiceMinder

1. Open SiteRecon and click on the property that you need an updated snapshot from.

2. Scroll to zoom in or out as needed, and drag the property to the center so that you can take a screenshot.

3. Take a screenshot of the image and save it to your computer.

ℹ️ Once you have saved your screenshot to your computer, switch over to ServiceMinder

4. Search for the contact

5. Click on Pictures

6. Click on the upload icon

7. Select the screenshot. You will see it appear once it saves

8. Click the Middle Icon to Copy the URL

9. Now we need to edit the contact.

10. Paste the URL into the Snapshot field

11. Click on Save

12. You will see the link is now attached here. This is what gets pulled into the proposal
