1. Click on my schedule to view your schedule for the day

2. Click on the en route to let the customer know that you are on the way

3. Click "Send En Route"

4. Now let's click into the appointment

5. Click on the address, and your default navigation app will open and prompt you to start your drive to the customer.

6. If the office input any intake questions, you will see them here

7. Scroll to the bottom and click "start'

8. Here is where you can record measurements. You do not have to do this, but you can.

9. Scroll to the bottom and click "continue"

10. When you are ready, click "create proposal"

11. Cilck on the three dots in the service line

12. Select a template
You can create custom proposal templates by following this guide:

13. Click on OK on the template.

14. Click Apply

15. This will prefill your proposal with the selected items from the template. Click the three dots in each line to edit the price.

16. Enter a price in "unit price"

17. Click on Apply

18. Swipe from right to left to remove a line item.

19. We can set it up to require deposits in order to accept the proposal. This can be a default setting, or you can adjust it here.

20. You can also offer in-house payment plans. ServiceMinder has a direct integration with Wisetack, and is working with Regions/Enerbank to integrate as well.
If you want to offer in house payment options, follow this guide:

21. It's helpful to set the estiamted duration for the job. This is in Man hours, so think of it as if a team of 2 would need 16 man hours for an 8 hour job.

22. You can add internal notes. There are for your team only. The cusotmer cannot see these.

23. These are notes the customer can see. You can have a default set of customer notes set up from the proposal template.

24. Now you wan to select the delivey method for the proposal.

25. Click on Save and Send when you are done.
