Video Link: Completing a Job on Mobile
1. From the home screen, click on "My Schedule" to view your schedule for the day.

2. To send an en-route to the first client, click on the highlighted area and it will prompt you to send the alert.

3. Click on the appointment.

4. Click on the address, and SM will automatically open up your default navigation app on your device (Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Waze)

5. Scroll down on the job and you will see all the appointment details. This is what is on your ticket to install.

6. When you arrive at the location, click the start button. This is what starts the time tracking process on the job.

7. You can upload a picure of the house at this point, or click continue to move into the job.

8. As soon as you hit start on an appointment, Company Cam will automatically create a project. When you open it on your mobile device, it will use your location to suggest the house you are at.

9. When you are done with the job, click on "Finish" This will stop the time tracking and prompt you to finalize the invoice.

10. When you are closing out an appointment, you can add materials that were not originally on the job. To do do, click "Add..." and you can select additional items.

11. Some locations will have a job closeout checklist. Answer those questions as shown below. Skip if not there

12. Now let's move to the payment. First, you can have the client sign the invoice. After the signature, click "payment method" and it will prompt you to select from a list of choices.

15. Click on OK once you have selected it.

16. Click on Reference and enter the check number

17. At the very bottom, you have two choices. You can trigger the en-route message to the next stop on your list. The last option is prompting you to send the invoice/receipt to the customer. Click on Submit when you are done!
