How to Print a Pick and Customer Ticket in SM
- Open the scheduled appointment you want to print documentation for.
- Select Actions.
- Choose Print from the dropdown.
- Select one of the available templates:
- Pick Ticket
- Includes all line items associated with the appointment.
- Displays item quantities pulled onto the appointment.
- Provides fields for Quantity Taken and Quantity Returned to support inventory tracking and piece-rate reporting.
- Includes notes and full customer information.
- Customer Ticket
- Displays item names and descriptions only, no quantities.
- Commonly used for customer sign-off at job completion as a verification document.
- Pick Ticket
- Print the selected template and use it according to your operational workflow (inventory control, customer confirmation, etc.).
