There is currently a bug affecting proposal templates within the mobile app.
If a proposal template does not have a description entered, the app will not allow you to apply that template on a mobile device.
ServiceMinder is aware of the issue, and a fix is scheduled to be included in their next mobile app release.
Temporary Workaround (Effective Immediately):
- Navigate to your Proposal Templates.
- Edit the affected template.
- Enter a description in the Description field (as shown below).
- Save the template.
Once a description is added, the template will function as expected in the mobile app.
Please ensure all active templates include a description to avoid disruption in the field.
