Add a User + Service Agent in ServiceMinder
1. Click on Control Panel

2. Click on Users

3. Click on Add...

4. Enter their name

5. Enter their email

6. Click on "Service Agent - App" from Role*
If this person is in a management role, you can select Organization Admin.

7. Check Create a new Service Agent
Also select availability for the agent

8. Click on Save
A password reset email will be sent as soon as you save
