Update Serviceminder Virtual Meeting URL

1. Click on Control Panel

Open Control Panel to start adding the service agent’s virtual meeting URL.

2. Click on Service Agents

Go to Service Agents to locate the agent record you need to update.

3. Click on Edit

Click Edit on the service agent to modify their settings.

4. Click on Virtual Meeting Url

Select the Virtual Meeting URL field, then paste the meeting link into it.

5. Click on Save

Click Save to store the updated virtual meeting URL.
