How to Edit Service Agent's Availability
1. Click on Control Panel
2. Click on Service Agents
3. Click on Edit next to the agent you want to edit
4. Scroll down and click edit next to each day on the agents schedule.
5. Update the time and repeat this for all available days.
6. Click on Save to save the timeslot
7. Click on Save once you have made all the necessary adjustments.
