1. Click on Control Panel

2. Click on Service Roles

3. Click on Add...

4. You now have your list of Service Roles

# We now have to adjust our agent availability for this service role
5. Click on Control Panel

6. Click on Service Agents

7. Click on Edit

8. Click on Add...

9. Select Example from Role
Put in the time window that you want to be available for the specific service.

10. Click on Save

ℹ️ Repeat this for each day that you want to be available for this type of service
# Now we have to go assign the role to the service.
11. Click on Control Panel

12. Click on Services

13. Click on Edit

14. Select the role you added from Service Role*

15. You also need to enable API Scheduling for the service

16. Click on Save
