1. Click on Control Panel

2. Click on Skills

3. Click on Add...

4. Type "Drainage Estimates"

5. Click on Save

6. Now we have to assign the skill to a service

7. Click on Control Panel

8. Click on Services

9. Click on Edit next to your Drainage Install Estimate service

10. Check skill_4878

11. Click on Save

12. Now it's time to assign the skill to a technician.

13. Click on Control Panel

14. Click on Service Agents

15. Click on Edit next to the agent you want to assign the skill

16. Check skill_4878

17. Click on Save
