When contacts go through our website, they are automatically added to ServiceMinder and a series of automation begins with SiteRecon. After ~2 minutes, you should see a link for the snapshot view of the property, as well as the Turf measurement. This impacts the pricing, and the snapshot will appear on the automatically created proposal.
There are some times when we fail to receive property measurements from Site Recon. Here is an overview of why and what we can do to correct it: Property Not Measured - What Does this Mean and What Do I Do?

This is what the client proposal looks like:
The proposal that we send includes some cool/warm season infographics depending on your location. They are automatically added to the proposal, and can be manually added by using the proposal template for "HealthyLawn"
The client is forced to pay in full for their first month, and then the system will automatically invoice them one month later for the same amount.
Once they have accepted the proposal, you will see the recurring billing information show up under Invoices > Recurring
All HealthyLawn clients are automatically tagged as "HealthyLawn" and their card is saved on file for future payments:
Your active HealthyLawn clients will appear on the Recurring Billings snapshot on the left side.
Clients receive this email as a reminder one week before the payment comes out:

Things to remember:
From the calendar view, be sure to leave this box checked. If it is unchecked, every single time you update an appointment, the customer will get a reminder. When you leave it checked, the reminder is held until one day before the appointment.
