Enable Two way Texting

Pick a number: Navigate to the Texting Shortcut in ServiceMinder and click “Get a number”

On the following page, confirm the area code you’d like to use and click Find to see the list of available numbers. Select the number and Save at the bottom.

Once the number has been selected, click the link to complete registration:

Read the registration form carefully and enter the required information. Note that the Entity Name should be your LLC or Corporation name, not your Archadeck dba.

Registration takes approximately 4-8 days to complete.

Once registration is complete and your account is approved, you will be able to have free form conversations from both the website and mobile app. You will also be able to utilize automated text messages for lead nurturing campaigns and automated appointment reminders.
