# Mobile App Overview
1. Here is what the main screen looks like on the mobile app.
2. Click "My Schedule" to view your schedule.
3. Click on the appointment under En-Route to let the customer know that you are on the way.
4. Click "send en route" to send
5. The Loadout will show you an overview of what is on your schedule for the day.
6. It shows you the total number of appointments that you have, and will also show a breakdown of all the parts that you are scheduled to install.
7. Click on the first appointemnt to view the details.

8. Click on Appointment…
9. Click on back to return to the schedule
10. Click on back to return home
11. Recent will show you your recently completely appointements.
The office can set the recent appointment window.
12. The schedule will show you the entire schedule, not just your schedule.
13. This is what you will see when you click the schedule button.
14. This will show you the calendar
15. You can view each day's appointments from this page.
16. You can text customers directly through the SM app
This permission can be disabled for specific agents.
17. Click on Texting Conversations
18. If you have any notifications, they will show up here
19. If you use the timeclock, you can clock in/out from here
20. Click on the hamburger menu in the top right
21. This menu is always avaliable. If you ever get lost in the sytem, you can easily return to the home screen or your schedule from here.
