Scheduling an Accepted Proposal - Video
Locate accepted proposals under Snapshots on the left side of ServiceMinder.
Open the accepted proposal and review all details, including line items and deposits.
Click the Schedule prompt at the top of the proposal.
The scheduling screen loads with all proposal line items already populated.
Review or adjust the job duration. If needed, configure default durations.
Select scheduling mode. Ad Hoc is recommended for full-day installs; Normal mode is more suited for consultations.
Choose the date and start time for the job.
Assign the primary agent and any additional agents.
Verify that customer notification preferences are correct, including text and email alerts.
Click Schedule and Send.
Confirm the job on the calendar for the selected date.
