New Invoice and Deposit Notification Template - Video Example

A. Configure Deposit Notification Trigger

1. Log in to ServiceMinder.
   Ensure you have administrative access to manage automation triggers.
2. Navigate to Administration.
   From the left-hand navigation menu, click Administration.
3. Access Drips.
   Within Administration, select Drips.
4. Open Triggers.
   Click on Triggers to view the list of automation triggers associated with the account.
5. Locate “Deposit Notification.”
   Identify the trigger labeled Deposit Notification.
6. Edit the Trigger.
   Click Edit to modify the trigger settings.
7. Scroll to Actions Section.
   Locate the Send Notification action within the trigger configuration.
8. Open Notification Details.
   Click Details next to the Send Notification action.
9. Select Recipients.
   Choose the user(s) who should receive the deposit notification.
   • Multiple recipients can be selected if required.
10. Select Template.
    Choose the customized template titled New Deposit Notification.
    • This replaces the default ServiceMinder template and includes enhanced detail.
11. Enable Text Message (Optional).
    If desired, enable the Text Message option.
    • This will only function if the selected user has a valid mobile phone number saved in their user profile.
12. Apply Changes.
    Click Apply to confirm notification settings.
13. Save the Trigger.
    Click Save to finalize and activate the updated Deposit Notification automation.

B. Configure Invoice Paid Notification Trigger

1. Remain in Triggers.
   While still under Administration → Drips → Triggers, locate Invoice Paid Notification.
2. Edit the Trigger.
   Click Edit.
3. Scroll to Actions Section.
   Locate the Send Notification action.
4. Open Notification Details.
   Click Details.
5. Select Recipients.
   Choose the appropriate user(s) to receive invoice payment notifications.
6. Select Template.
   Choose the customized template titled New Payment Notification.
7. Apply Changes.
   Click Apply.
8. Save the Trigger.
   Click Save to activate the updated Invoice Paid Notification automation.

• Deposit notifications will send using the enhanced template.
• Invoice paid notifications will send using the enhanced payment template.
• Notifications will be delivered to all selected recipients (email and optional SMS, if configured).
