1. Click on Add a Contact

2. Enter their name in the first field

3. If they are a commercial client, you can enter the company they represent here

4. Enter a phone number

5. Select the phone type by clicking on the highlighted button below

6. Enter their email address

7. Select the appropriate lead source

8. Select the appropriate campaign

9. If they were referred by a client, you can enter that clients name here and select from a list.

10. This is the flash message. It is used to highlights a specific message every time a contact is opened.

11. Enter the address in the top line.
ServiceMinder uses Google to pull in the address, so just start typing and you should see what you need.

12. Select the correct address

13. Enter the billing address if it is different than the service address

14. Click on Add

15. Here is what the contact screen looks like once you save it.
