1. If the caller is a brand new contact, you need to add them first. If they already exist in your account, type their name in the search bar.

2. This takes you to the main contact view. Click on "schedule" to book at appointment.

3. Enter in a brief description of the issue in the internal notes.

4. Select the appropriate service from the list

5. The target date is the date from which the system will look for available appointments. It defaults to tomorrow.
If someone says "do you have anything the week of the 8th?" you would change the target date to the 8th and it will look out 2 weeks from that point for available appointments.

6. You will see the appointments displayed like so:

7. Click on the one you want schedule for the client.

8. As you scroll, you will see en-route notifications. I always set this to text message unless the client says they prefer a call.

9. This is where you select the email to receive the appointment confirmation. You can also select text message and send both confirmations at once.

10. Click on Schedule & Send to send the customer a confirmation. Click on schedule to save the appointment without sending a confirmation.
