1. When scheduling an appt, you can click "first available" for cutomers that want to have their appt done sooner than you are currently available.

2. Click on Schedule/Schedule and Send

4. Click on View

5. From here, you can view all your appts marked as first avaliable, and click to reschedule if you have an opening.
