Here is a guide on filtering contacts that were serviced this year, but have no upcoming appointments.
The first step is to exclude current package clients
1. Start on your Contacts grid
2. Click on Filter
3. Click on Tags
4. Select doesn't contain
5. Uncheck all
6. Select your tags for Maintenance Plan Customers
7. Click on Apply
The next step (Optional) is to show contacts that were created this year.
You can skip to step 14 if you want all contacts
8. Click on Add...
9. Select Contact Created
10. Click on Add
11. Click on Contact Created
12. Check this-year
13. Click on Apply
Now we want to filter down only to show people who were serviced this year
14. Scroll to the right and locate the "Last service date" column
15. Click on Monday, January 1, 2024
And the next step is to exclude anyone with an upcoming appointment.
16. Click on the link shown below
17. Click on And
18. Click on Add Condition
19. Click on Name
20. Click on Next Scheduled
21. Click on Equals
22. Click on Is blank
23. Click on OK
24. We now have a list of contacts created this year, serviced this year, with nothing upcoming on the calendar.
From here, you can call these customers, or click "Action > Launch Email Campaign" to send an email.
