Winterization Automations for Conserva Club

Suggested Method for Selling Winterization + Package

We get a lot of questions about the best way to sell a Winterization and a package.  Here is what we suggest:

• IT will deploy a drip trigger to your account that will send an email/text after the completion of a winterization and no other appointments are booked with information on the Conserva Club

What we need from you:

• Ensure ALL your pricing is accurate
  • 2024 Winterization price needs to be set up under Control Panel > Services
  • 2025 Club prices need to be updated in the same place
    • Edit Nice N Easy Club and Full Season Club prices so the accurate pricing appears on proposals
• You need to edit the email template under Control Panel > Ad Hoc Emails that is getting sent out with your pricing.
  
  • The title is: *CON - Conserva Club Info After Winterization

• Once all this is done, ACTIVATE the trigger.(Enabling your Winterization Club Conversion Trigger)

Here is the email the customer will get.  When they click to sign up, a proposal is created and sent immediately with the corresponding service.
