B-Hyve ServiceMinder Overview

We have created a drip trigger in your account to automatically tag all new B Hyve contacts that come in via API, and queue a B Hyve Inspection service. 

You will see their queued appointment like so:

To collect SES data on this B-Hyve inspection, you will need to edit your custom fields and make them available on the B-Hyve inspection service.
