If you have drip triggers auto-scheduling your pre-paid services for maintenance packages (a lot of you do) then you need to go in each season and update the queue dates. This will tell the trigger when to queue the appointments.

1. Click on Control Panel

2. Click on Services

3. Edit each pre-paid service.

4. Scroll to the bottom and you will find "queue date" Set this for the appropriate date.

5. Click on Save when you are done.
