How to Register a New TextingNumber on ServiceMinder.io

1. Click on Texting

2. Click on Get a number

3. Enter your desired Area Code

4. Click on Find

5. Select an available number

If you don't find any number for your desired Area Code. Either search for a neighboring area code, or try again on the following Monday once numbers have been reloaded.

6. Click on Save

7. Click on Yes

8. Now it's time to register your new number. Click the link to open the form.

9. Fill out the form

Read the registration form carefully and enter the required information. Note that the Entity Name should be your LLC or Corporation name, not your Koala Insulation dba.

10. Enter your facebook and microsite URLs

11. Click on Register

Registration takes approximately 4-8 days to complete.

Once registration is complete and your account is approved, you will be able to have free form conversations from both the website and mobile app. You will also be able to utilize automated text messages for lead nurturing campaigns and automated appointment reminders.
